Easy cooldown out and back to the prairie path. Mainly w/ BJ, Andres, and Shim (as he was dying). Started as well w/ Nolan and Zach but they were pushing it a bit harder. First mile a bit achy with the calf but after that was fine. Still warm and humid but deff would've/couldve gone longer had there been more time.
