Day simply didn't go as planned with a bunch of random issues taht came up that stopped me from getting in the 10 miles I wanted to. Thankfully, blakes place in chicago had a treadmill so once we got there, jumped on for a quick 5 mile run before we left to go the party. Full stomach made things weird but it was alright- ran with 1.0 elevation and that deff helped the quads from pounding. Gradually progressed through the run and closed in 5:36 feeling smooth.
