Notes

Easy 4.4 mile spring route warmup before the track workout. Cold and blustery out. Legs were a tad sore, especially high right hammy and low right hammy. Kept the pace easy and relaxed- first run in the new Reacts and felt nice and light and bouncy. Body felt decent by the end of the warmup. Couple strides after changing into the flats and was ready to go.
