Decent lift this morning. Decided to do arms this morning instead of holding off till the afternoon- so i can be fresher for the meet. It was tough, wasn't able to do the same weight for the biceps or triceps, but everything else stayed the same. Arms are definitely tired- but still managed to do all of my reps and get in a solid workout.
