Beautiful afternoon out- felt like a perfect fall (sunny, 70, but felt cool). From home after work- 1st and last time doing this route. Didn't realize 31 didn't have sidewalks so ended up running in people's yards on this route. Felt easy aerobically, leg wasn't sore but still was wonky and laggy. Core after.
