Notes
1 mi easy jog around the lake into 6x1 min on/ 1 off which went really great. Wasn't sure what my legs would have in them but was actually able to move pretty quick on them and felt smooth doing it. Paces were 5:15/5:10/5:00/4:55/4:45/4:45 so a nice little digression but the big positive was that I felt smooth and controlled doing it- wasn't forcing or changing gears at all. Then just cooled down the last 2 miles to round it out at 10 miles for the day
