Got a solid workout in the pool today. Me and Joe snuck in but weren't bother at all the whole time so that was nice. Did my standard workout from back in the day: 10 min jog warmup, 40 minutes of intervals, 10 min cooldown jog. The intervals were 5x 30/1:00/30 (jog,hard, sprint) followed by 20 minutes of 30/1:00 (jog, allout sprint), with the last 10 minutes going back to 30/1:00/30. Went pretty well, got the heart rate up there from the gitgo, being upwards of 180 the whole first set. Legs started really feeling it on the 2nd set and by the end were just trashed. Great workout, legs got in a solid workout and were pretty tired after, plus the lungs got a great one too (were basically above 180 for the whole interval portion).
