Rough-ish run to start the week. Up and out early to get the run in from school solo before practice at 7. Did an out and back 6 on the riverpath. Was already 70 and 100% humidity so dripping sweat most of the way. Left leg was particularly painful, felt like I limped ALOT the first mile and then was able to settle into a rhythm that still didn't feel good but was managable. Ended up linking up w/ Steen biking so had company the last 1.5, Good to get the mileage in and keep the month rolling along- down almost 8 lbs already but wish the leg didn't hurt so much. Core after.
