Nationals day. Warmer out (50) and windy so was able to get by with shorts and a t. Dark out and out solo- 6 miles out and back on a similar route to what we did Wednesday. Made it longer and had a decently big uphill climb mile 3. Legs felt decent (ibuprofen and sombra) although deff some aches and pains- achilles needs some attention moving forward. Linked up w/ the guys for blowout then added on .5 after. Core and hips after.
