Hilly morning run to round out the week. Decent group (7 of the 10 + Drew) to start, colder out and a touch sore but felt better than I thought I would to start. As we got going over the hills, right achilles/lower leg locked up so made for a few shitty miles but was decent by the end.
Solid 60+ mi week despite the volatility of losing my job/ the nationals travel. Turning a corner with training and feeling good about it. Need to do a better job of taking care of my legs if I want to stay healthy though.
