Stretched out my legs and tightend my shoes so i didnt really have any problems, lead the group on most of the fartlek (2 min on, 1 min off) group was spain, emilio, mueller, garrett, kelvin, and garret. The last one was approx. 3 minutes long, ending on the hill, won that. pretty good, actually felt good for once
