Went down early and got in a full stretching session before I biked. Legs were super tight and the hip is still being problematic but it felt a little bit better after stretching it out. Built into this the first 5 minutes on a lower level at high revolutions so my legs really moved and opened up. After that, it went up to level 13 or so and I just read while I got in a good leg workout. Heart rate was right around 120 which sucks- i can never seem to get it up on the bike, but at the same time, my legs were getting in a good workout so I won't complain. More stretching after and after core and hip drills, along with using the ball to roll out
