2 hours out to blackwell and back. Started off a bit quicker with Crain and ran just with him until right after we left Herrick where everyone caught up. Pace was decent throughout, probably fluctuated from 5:50s-6:20s. Didn't do the hill because it started downpouring 50 minutes in and was lightening. Came back and the pace was quicker but not terrible, random soreness in areas, especially right butt and right shin, but nothing terrible. Came back through mcdiz with janet and root when everyone split off. Got back to school and added on an extra half mile and finished at 2 hours. Pretty damn sore even though the run wasn't that bad, hot bath after.
