Got out of class early combined with running errands- caused a nice night run to try and get some more mileage in for the day. Did my old Townhomes Sunday 5 mile loop backwards. Legs were a bit tired but my breathing was fine. Rolling at a good rate and had a big problem zoning out on this run- so just focused on directions (north, south, east, west) since most of this route keeps you on the same road for a while before you turn in another direction. I know that sounds weird, but it was my attempt to zone out and get through the run. Got back to Nick's in 31flat and added on a quick last mile to finish up at 6 and be done for the day.
