Solid long run and my longest run since I've been back running- went out to Blackwell. Wasn't in the best of moods so kept quiet most of the way out there- had a 20 minute period from herrick till i got to blackwell where my left calf was cramping but it eventually went away. Nick and I broke from the pack and ran probably 6:30s- I left him at the hill because I wasn't supposed to do the full 2 hours and came back. Rather uneventful way back- breathing felt fine and legs weren't all that tired although they were pretty tight.
