Very rainy and blah day- super long day with setup for the meet, recruits, and all that shit. Couldn't drag myself out of bed to run early but thankfully opened up a gap in the day to get this run in. Ran over to let Buford out and back. Another ho-hum run. Back was really tight from lifting yesterday. Pace gradually dropped and last few miles were pretty quick. Glad I got this run in because today was another day that I truly just did not feel like running. Gotta find the daily wins where you can find them
