Beautiful morning to kick off May. Woke up after 6 hours of sleep w/ no alarm and was able to pull myself out the door to do an easy 3-5. Felt much better than I expected given no activity the last 2 days/ an edible last night. Vibes of the beautiful day fueled the run and hit the 2.5 mark and decided to keep going- stretched it to 10. Legs felt good, had the time so happy to get in more mileage and start off the month on the right foot. The first 4 months of this year have been so inconsistent that really hoping I can turn over a new leaf in May and find the consistency that I had last year. Core after.
