Great weight session. Thought about keeping the weights the same as last week, said fuck it, and bumped up 5 more per. It went well- suprisingly, none of them were near as difficult as I thought they would be, so that went well. Even hamstrings- they went suprisingly well. Same old format- progression lifting on the 4 main ones, then standard stuff on hips and on the core (which I'll log here but will also go under core) In general, I hit some peak weights I'd never hit before (200 in press and 300 in calves) and they felt pretty easy. Now, I don't think I'm going to go up a ton higher- I'm not trying to bulk up. The more comfortable this gets, I'm going to basically even it out and start doing more reps (ex, 3 sets of 20, 25,... of 200) something like that
