Notes

Wanted an easy 5 and a good lift to finish a solid week (tiring week). Ran into Anna before which was a little weird. Mile splits were 6:35, 6:30, 6:25, 6:10, 6:10- 31:50. Wanted an easy run just because I wanted to make sure my legs could recover. Run felt pretty smooth and easy, left it feeling alright.
