Pretty good long run. Legs were fine from the start (feet sore but quad was good). Started off pretty slow the first two miles but gradually built through. I just chilled in the back until we got to the hill and worked my way up to the front. Hit an hour right around the top of the hill coming back, pretty sweet view. Coming back pace was a bit quicker, which felt more comfortable. Just an enjoyable run, went by decently fast too. At 1:30, I dropped the pace down and ran by myself the rest the way, hit a little more than 5 miles the last 30, so just under 6 min pace. Felt super comfortable and smooth, breathing was the same, just nice to open the legs up a bit and stretch em out so they're good to go come Monday.
