4 miles on tread at Xsport- body sore as shit, hard to even get out of bed or sit-up, the 2 days of core absolutely just wasted my abdomen. Sucked for the first few minutes breathing wise because it would hurt to breath but eventually settled in fine. Started off at 7:15 pace (after the initial slow start up) and just raised it 1 speed every half mile. Felt pretty relaxed and got into a groove after a while. Splits were 7:20, 7:00, 6:53, and 6:38 so a nice digression on down and sped it up a bit the last mile instead of just speeding up every .1 Overall though, was not bad and could've deff gone longer so 5 miles will be doable this week. Still just trying to be smart and not push it too much but happy that I did 4 miles today.

Followed up with 20 minutes of thorough stretching so hopefully that helps. No core today, body needs a rest. Good day 3 and just going to keep it going. Today is the first day of the "diet" (just eating healthy, meal prepping, alot of chicken, salmon, and veggies) so hopefully that will help as well. I'll post my yearly goals shortly so we know what the target is.
