Afternoon shakeout after interviews and such. Last run in the Transports- finally had to make the call to retire them after this run. Sucks they didn't even get to 400 but the last 2-3 runs (including this one) has caused some heel pain and pretty sure that's causing more exertion on the calf. Left calf was sore but not terrible. Just chugging in the mileage, happy to be able to get in a work horse day like today despite doing it solo and somewhat boring runs.
