Notes

First bout with the weight room of the track season. Went well, nice short and sweet. Just did 45 reps of each, 3x15- increasing weight on all four the last one. Goal is to start doing this three times a week and arms at least twice. For now, just going to stay with these 4, might eventually move to more as well
