Did my normal routine of alternating arms and core x 2 sets of everything. arms were deff sore and even though I tried to go slighlty lighter weight, the reps beat me up. THe core was challenging too- but overall it was good, these sessions are what I need to gain muscle back so I need to do these as much as possible.
