Pretty good long run today out to Springbrook. First run wearing the quad sleeve and it felt a little bit weird, my quads are huge so it kept slipping a little, but wasn't terrible. Quad felt fine most the run besides after one time we stopped, but besides that it was fine. Neal, kerley, Perez, Rickets and I kinda broke away from everyone 30 minutes into the run and the pace dropped into the 6:20s or under for the rest the run, we just played the name game the whole time which was pretty fun. Added on whiteoak when we got back, overall, pretty good progression run and a solid long run
