Easy solo run in the QC day 2 of conference. Body pretty exhausted from the last 2 days and slept in a little- got out solo w/ the idea of just doing 5-7. Based on the route I went to start towards Saukie, decided to change it up and do the QC marshes/Rock River road route. Felt decent after the first 2 miles so committed mentally to doing 10. Glad I decided to stay flatter since the few uphills I did have, had no drive. Bit of chafing which hurt and left toe was bleeding a bit from the other toe nail going into it but besides that, good run and happy to get in the 10
