Notes
Solid long run with Braden while at Indoor Nationals after a few days off (check the prior notes).
Rained basically the whole time so was soaked from the get-go but wasn't pouring thankfully so no chafing. Ran over to the boardwalk and went north to the end, then all the way south to the end, adding on some on the roads until we hit 45 min before doing the reverse backwards. Pace was fine, chatted the whole time. Pleasantly surprised with how it went given its my longest run of the year and especially coming off of 4 days off. Right achilles a bit tight but not terrible. Solid run to get things back kick-started. Hips and core after.
