Got lazy yesterday so had to combine both arms and legs today- it was tough, but not as bad as I thought. Showed some good improvement on the arms (biceps and triceps, actually, most the machines felt easier). Leg press was still tough with the hip, everything else was pretty easy (suprisingly, hamstring curls were pretty good). Overall, it was nice getting both out of the way, got in a solid weight workout to go with the cardio work- a double win today, feeling really good about this season and getting in great shape. Did progression on the legs (on last weeks weight, not the extra weight I added this week) and normal elevated weight for this week on the arms
