Busted out the wave riders this morning given my left heel was sore (not sure why but assuming accumulation/shoes being shot). Figured until my new shoes show up, I need something w/ a little more to it so used these. Don't love them but they work for running slow. Got to school early to shit/stretch/rollout- seemed to help since my lower legs deff were pretty tight rolling out but felt fine on the run. Kept it nice and slow/easy, HR data little wonky but felt fine for the most part. Core after.
