upper track

Notes

got back from my work meeting in time to try and get my workout in before class. Had planned to do this in the morning and even got to bed early but couldn't drag myself out of bed so it got pushed back till the afternoon. Smooth 2 mile on the upper track in 12:40 (6:23/6:17 despite having to keep going out to lane 2). Did not feel good- kinda tired, kinda laggy, made me a bit nervous as to how the workout was gonna go.
