Notes

Bouncy Tuesday this morning. Duck warmup, then 20x strides on the upper track. Legs were a bit tight, especially my right hip. Couldn't really turn over or open up because of how tight they were. Still got moving pretty fast and breathing was nice and smooth but legs didn't feel great. Full stretching after core
