Got done there early and did full stretching- hip felt a little bit better today, but I don't know if thats from it healing or rather from me starting to take ibuprofen. Either way, I won't complain. Normal bike session- did it on level 10 so i could keep my rpms above 100 and get the legs opened. Breathing never really spiked, but still went pretty quick. Rolled out after core and hip routine
