Easy, early morning miles w/ Devin, the Froeschles, and Elliot from DBC. Did a 7ish mile loop on the path/back through Davenport, then a few add ons to get to 10+. Left calf had been sore getting up so rolled out/ did eccentric heel drops but no ibuprofren/no sombra- and thankfully, no pain (and no popliteus issues). Core and hips after back home.
