Took my shirt off, turned the ipod on, set it on level 11, and just took my pissed off mood out on the elliptical. Legs felt weird- really warm for some reason? it was a very strange sensation. Pushed according to the music, and heart rate was 160s-180s depending when it was at. Will be glad when I finally get to start morning runs once again
