Notes
Maintenance 400 when i got back- put on the flats and blasted it. Form felt super fluid and smooth throughout, I never broke stride and just floated through it- the fastest one I've run in quite a while too, so that was a good sign.
Lunch: 2 sandwhiches, bowl of salad, apple, 2 glasses of milk
Dinner: 3 pieces of pizza (2 of them were veggy/healthy), mixed vegtables, a few pieces of beef, 2 glasses of milk
