Played 2 hours of basketball after the run, then went in and leg lifted while I had the chance at Rifac. Most the machines were a little bit different, so I didn't do the normal amount of weights I normally do. Leg Press machine was definitely different and more difficult as well. Good to get in a weight routine and nice to hit up the other thigh machines that naperville doesn't have
