In total, combined with the run, a 2 hour session of approximately-20 miles running converted. felt good, legs weren't nearly as tired as they had been during the week, probably because of the easy day yesterday. Transitioning inbetween the bike and running was difficult but it was a good workout nonetheless. First long day, ends the week at 85 mile converted (4 running, 10 aqua jogging, 142 bike=71 running, added all together= 85 miles running. not terrible at all, goal for next week is 100+
