Steamy morning out- up early again and over to NCC for practice. Did a mile+ loop solo before linking up with the guys for Springbrook. Added on another loop solo after to make i 6+. Day 2 of the calf feeling decent- ibuprofen but no rolling out again, didn't seem to be an issue. Stride still doesn't feel normal but very minimal pain/tightness and aerobically felt better. Still feel bigger and out of shape and can really only run easy pace fluidly but a big step in the right direction not having to constantly limp. Core after.
