Notes

2 mile warmup before the mile repeat workout. Went on the tread since the lower and upper track were so packed. 12 minutes for 2 miles and felt pretty chill and comfortable throughout the whole thing.

Because of the meeting, had to take 15 min between the warmup and the workout which was normal back during the xc season but kinda took me a little mentally out of the workout before I started, was a bit too relaxed.
