Notes

After i got stim and jogged a half mile, jumped on the bike and hit a good session. Breathing was around the mid 140s- again, it didn't affect the breathing a ton, but my legs were tired. First half an hour or so was a real workout- then i dropped the resistance and allowed more leg turnover to open up, while still going the same distance/speed ratio. Overall, solid workout
