Notes
Slow and easy morning run- add on about 1.25 solo before linking with the team. Was a touch late getting to the corner so was basically solo 30 meters back the first 3 miles or so before eventually catching up to a group. Pretty silent morning run on my end- sore and tired, as I knew I would be, w/ a few twinges in my right achilles/ankle so just focused on form and keeping it easy.
Core, hip routine, and a mix of leg/arm lifting after.
