Early morning run with the guys after a late night (only got 5 hours of sleep). Weather was great- 65 and sunny, was able to be in shorts and T and felt pretty comfortable. Found a bike-path for us to run on that was pretty flat so did the first 2.5 miles with them of their long run before coming back solo. Did 15 second burst pickups at 3 min, 10, 15,20,25,30 to open up the system and had a nice progression overall for the run (7:30/05/50/40/35) so pretty happy with the effort. Feeling much better mentally after this run despite the tough weekend and really tough week so hopefully can build some momentum forward from here.
