Notes

Full arm/hips/core lifting session after running. Body had been feeling a little run-down but lift went well. Bumped everything up by 5 lbs and had no issues (and as I'm typing this the next day, no soreness)

2 sets of 10:

105 lbs chest press

55 lbs shoulder press

105 lbs seated row

90 lb flys

90 lbs delts

90 lbs lat pull

90 lbs bicep curls

90 lbs tricep curls

1 set of 20 for all 8 hip lifts @ 135lbs

100x crunches w/ 50 lbs

50x L and R twists w/ 100 lbs
