Colder this morning, went out towards Blackwell until the underpass, then crossed over and did 2 loops on our new home course (which was sweet but pretty muddy), then came back the normal road way. Legs felt fine, and we started picking it up gradually once we hit the park and then more so on the Prairie path. I stopped for water and got about a minute back and built my way back up the group and we were moving pretty steady. Closed off the last few miles nice and steady, then added on a few minutes by myself to make up for the water stop.
