Did 1 full set of the medicine and yoga ball drills and it sucked- my legs were majorly dragging ass from the workout and I just felt super dead tired. Glad i got it in but man it sucked. Did the normal set of 13 things (8 different types of squat stuff, 2 yoga ball stuff, 2 types of stepups and then box jumps)
