2 mile building warmup before the 5k race. Went on the tread so I could stay warm, slowly built throughout the run, mile probs in 6:15 and came back in a 5:30 slowly cutting down so that the last 400 was 5 minute pace or faster, just so I could touch on all the gears and get a good blowout in. Didn't feel quite as good as Tuesday with the calf/hammy, I mean I could still go fast but I just felt a little hitched.
Doing strides and what not, could deff go fast and without a hitch but I could feel pangs as well
