Notes
NRCTC workout- 16x400s (Broken into 2 sets of 8 w/ 200 jog between reps, and 400 between set 1 and 2). Did all of these with KB, alternating leads. Demo'd the Next% 3s- they were OK, nothing to write home about.
Workout was a mixed bag. Splits were: (82, 81, 80, 81,81, 80, 80, 80) (80, 80,80,80, 78,77, 73,66).
Split off leading- didnt feel as comfortable as i thought they would feel although short rest and alot of traffic- in hindsight, the first 8 was probably closer to 410 with all the traffic so makes sense why these would be a bit "harder".
Opened up the last 4 and those actually felt decent, fastest ive gotten moving in a while. Overall happy with it and good to be throwing it back working with Kyle.
