Notes

2 hours inside Res due to the snow. Did 15 min laps each direction on the indoor track before turning and going the opposite direction. Started off around 7 min pace and gradually cut down. Took mile splits every 15 minutes to average overall pace. Didn't feel great to start but found a good rhythm by 30 min in and really started cruising 45 min in. 15 min chunks were 7/630/625/615/610/555 so hit 15 in 1:35:05. Was solo the last hour. Took a quick water break after 15 and then jumped on the tread to finish. Cut down from 640 to 550 pace and last 4 miles were 25:05. Solid long run, first longer run since the marathon and was deff laboring the last hour. Probs avgd 605 pace the last hour so that was solid. Very taxed after so really good effort.
