Easy Sunday miles to round out the week after a busier-than-normal Sunday. Out to Dick Young w/ Thompsen around 4 pm. Was perfect out- 58 degrees so got to wear shorts and a T. Legs did not feel as beat up as I thought they would so pace was actually decent throughout. Run flew by- super nice out and sun was setting so good views.
Solid first 5 days of November- finding consistency again and calf is cooperating. Want to keep taking it one day at a time and need to be a bit better on the core side of things but happy with it for now.
