Decent weather out, did a longer run to make up for yesterday and did backwards modaff to dizzes to let buford out. Pace was chill steady, not too fast not too slow. Pretty ho-hum run, nothing very memorable about it. Deff was a bit tired but thats ok, kinda expected this week. Did full lifting and core after. 1 week in the books, 51 more to go
